Steve Dueck

Mr. Dueck brings extensive experience to Community Life clients, with special emphasis as a social media consultant to non-profits. As a former staff member, now partner with The Navigators, Mr. Dueck also specializes in community building for churches and parachurch organizations. Prior to founding Community Life, Inc. in April 2008, Mr. Dueck served as Vice President of Business Development for CustomerNation, Inc. During the first 7 years of operation, Mr. Dueck served as the President and CEO after having founded the company in September 1999. An experienced marketing and sales professional, his previous entrepreneurial success was Marketline Solutions. Mr. Dueck also spent 7 years at Tandem Computers where he completed his tenure as Database Marketing Program Manager. He holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California-Davis and a Masters in Divinity from Trinity International University in Chicago.

Paul Ingram

Mr. Ingram founded Ingram Labs in 1994 and specializes in standards-based interactive design and markup, brand strategy, network application development, and entertainment. He is a recognized expert in the art of the Internet-related user experience. His leadership has been recognized in recent projects for Boeing, Microsoft, AT&T Wireless, Sun Microsystems, E*Trade, and Washington Mutual Bank. As an Interaction Specialist, Mr. Ingram is well known within the Internet community and is a frequent speaker / writer / instructor.

Dr. Herbert A. Dollahite

Dr. Herbert A. Dollahite

Dr. Dollahite has more than 30 years of software engineering and quality management experience. Most recently he served as Vice President at Oracle, responsible for setting the direction for Oracle's internal Global IT architecture, the development of automation and productivity tools for internal IT operations, as well as overseeing the service and support for all IT related activities for Oracle University. Prior to Oracle, Dr. Dollahite’s was Sr. VP of Information Technologies, Cable & Wireless responsible for development activities in North America; EVP of Customer Support and Services for Exodus Communications; Head of Apple's integration quality efforts and served as a senior member of the company's Software Issues Forum and Architecture Council. Dr. Dollahite holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from CornellUniversity, a M.B.A. from the Colgate Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Alabama, Huntsville.

Mr. Harris is a serial entrepreneur in the media and advertising community in Silicon Valley. He has over 25 years in the marketing, advertising, public relations and broadcast/corporate media production business. Stan was the founder and CEO of etc…group, inc., a 15 year old technology marketing company based in San Jose, CA with a client base that has included such companies as Intel, Cisco, Fujitsu, Sony, Hitachi, Phillips, Infineon Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent, Agilent Technologies, BMW Motorad, and others.

Rendy Bayless

The Controller

Rendy Bayless

Mr. Bayless has an extensive finance and accounting background. After receiving his B.S. degree in accounting from California State University-Fresno, he started his accounting career in 1973, obtained his CPA certification in 1975, and has previously managed his own public accounting practice. In 1990, he became a controller for Ivanko Development Corporation. He is one of the founding shareholders of CustomerNation, Inc., formed in 2000. He has acted as their controller and treasurer since inception. Mr. Bayless continues to provide business and tax consulting services to various other businesses, including real estate and technology companies.
